Absolutely. Charms & Clays has fulfilled bulk custom orders of 80+ pieces for events, company giveaways, and celebrations. Lead times vary depending on the design complexity and quantity. Please send your inquiry with your required date and target quantity so we can advise on feasibility and timeline.

For single custom pieces, the typical production time is 3–7 business days after design confirmation. For bulk orders, lead times range from 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and complexity. We recommend reaching out as early as possible for time-sensitive orders, especially for events.

Yes! Charms & Clays ships to all parts of the Philippines. Bulk orders have been shipped to locations as far as northern Luzon. Shipping details, fees, and couriers will be discussed and confirmed at the time of your order. We ensure all pieces are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Polymer clay is quite durable under normal wear, but like any handmade accessory, it should be kept away from prolonged water exposure, harsh chemicals, and strong impact. Remove earrings before swimming, showering, or applying perfume. With proper care, your pieces will last beautifully for years.

Since every piece is handmade to order, returns are generally accepted only for pieces that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a piece that doesn't meet the expected quality, please message us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo, and we will work with you toward a solution. Custom orders are final sale once production has begun.
